Do I need to install an app?
No. NailIQ runs in any web browser on phone, tablet, or laptop. Your customers also book without installing anything — they just open your booking link.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing month.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes for most salons. Pre-loaded service templates and staff defaults speed it up — you just confirm what's already there and tweak prices.
Does NailIQ support Vietnamese?
Yes — the full owner and receptionist UI is bilingual EN/VN, and the customer-facing booking page auto-detects language. We're the only salon platform built Vietnamese-first.
Are there transaction fees?
No per-booking or per-customer fees. The monthly subscription is the only charge from NailIQ. If you accept card payments through a third party (Square, Stripe), their processing fees apply separately.
Do customers need to download an app to book?
No. Customers tap your booking link and book in the browser — works on iPhone, Android, and desktop without an install.
Can I import my customers from Booksy or another tool?
Yes — CSV import is supported. Email support@nailiq.ca with your export and we'll help you map the columns. For full migrations, the first 3 months are free.
What happens if my internet is slow?
The receptionist center caches recent bookings and walk-ins, so basic operations keep working through short outages. Heavy actions (creating a new booking, syncing edits) need a connection to complete.
